Refund policy

Full Price Items

All full price items are eligible for a refund as long as the product is not damaged and unworn. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Once the return has been made and accepted, you will receive a refund for the items. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

Process for Returns and Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at amicaactive@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.

Sale Items

All sale items are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any on-sale items unless they arrive damaged.
